Zenith Dynamics

1. Purpose

This Agreement governs the confidential relationship between Zenith Dynamics ("Service Provider") and the Client Partner for the duration of the engagement.

2. Data Protection & DPDP Compliance

Zenith Dynamics processes account and submission data strictly in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023, solely to operate this portal and maintain a verifiable record of consent.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information, business data, source code, credentials, and project materials exchanged during the engagement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property developed exclusively for the Client under a paid engagement transfers upon full and final payment clearance, as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

5. Digital Execution

By registering and generating a certificate, the Client Partner provides legally valid digital consent to these terms, equivalent to a physical signature.
